Mr. Adam Fitzgerald - Acting Principal

Welcome to American Gulf School. As acting principal, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our family. We are a school that places a strong emphasis on creating internationally minded students who can think critically and creatively, communicate effectively, and collaborate with others to solve complex problems. To achieve this goal, we provide students with a rigorous and challenging curriculum that encourages inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and reflection while also being confronted with the real-life application of what they are learning. If students are not applying their skills and abilities, they will not be prepared for the dynamic world that awaits them after university.

Our Curriculum

The American Gulf School curriculum is project-based and learner-centered. It encourages, requires, and builds critical thinking, driven by inquiry combined with both knowledge and comprehensive skills. The use of our STREAM, Media, Fabrication, and Design Labs, give our learners the practice and experience to apply the knowledge and skills they are being taught to succeed within the 21st century.

KindergartenAge 3-6

American Gulf School has created dynamic Pre-K, KG1, and KG2 programs to fulfill the developmental needs and interests of 3 to 6-year-old learners.

Primary SchoolAge 6-11

The AGS Primary School is a cross-curriculum program for learners aged between 6 and 11 years old. It combines 6 academic subjects.

Middle SchoolAge 11-16

The AGS Middle School is designed for learners aged 11 to 16. It develops active learners and internationally-minded young people.
